ABOUT THEMES
The system allows you to list and select programs according to the theme of their contents.
For example, you can list just movies or just sports. You can then quickly list programs
based on that theme, and select the program you want without having to search through all
the channels. The themes list only displays programs that are available for the current date.
DISPLAYING PROGRAMS BY THEME
1. Either: While viewing a program, press the
Left arrow button.
or
Press the Menu button to open the Main
Menu. Then, select the Themes option.
2. The recorder displays the
Theme Categories
menu, which lists the available themes.
3. Select the theme you want. This displays the
list of events with that theme. For example, if
you select the
Movies theme, you will see a list
of upcoming movies, as shown here. Programs
on channels to which you have not subscribed
are shown with a red background.
