Using closed captions
To view captions or text:
1 Press the MENU button. Select SETTINGS, SETUP, TV
Settings, and then press the OK button.
2 Press the ( / arrow) buttons to select Closed Captions, and
then press the OK button.
3 Press the ( / arrow) buttons to select Analog CC Mode.
To view captions:
Press the ( / arrow) buttons to highlight CC1, CC2, CC3,
or CC4.

If the program or video you have selected is not closed captioned, no
captions will be displayed.
Mode: Description:
Captions Displays the dialogue, narration, and sound effects of TV programs and
videos that are closed captioned (usually marked “CC” in program guides).
Text Displays information not related to the current program, such as weather or
stock data (when provided by individual stations).
