6.3 Communications with I/O Modules
This section describes the setting and programming that are required for a CPU to
communicate with I/O modules on a remote I/O station by cyclic transmission.
(1) System configuration example

(2) Program conditions
The following processing is performed in the program.
• An input from X0 of the remote I/O station turns ON M1000.
• When M2000 is turned ON, a signal is output to Y0 of the remote I/O station.
