8.3.4.6 Example 3 of Other Settings: Trim Analog Output
Fine output adjustment is carried out with “D/A trim” or “Scaled D/A trim”.
• D/A trim
“D/A trim” is to be carried out if the calibration digital ammeter does not read exactly
4.000 mA and 20.000 mA with output signals of 0% and 100%.
• Scaled D/A trim
“Scaled D/A trim” is to be carried out if the output is adjusted using a voltmeter or
other types of meters with a 0% to 100% scale.
IMPORTANT
When “D/A trim” or “Scaled D/A trim” is carried out, the warning message “83:
Fix Cur Wng” is displayed on the display unit.
Example 1: For adjustments using an ammeter (capable of measuring ±1µA.)

Press OK (F4), and the AXFA11 outputs an output signal of
0%.
Ammeter reading: 4.115
Enter the ammeter’s reading of 4.115, and press ENTER (F4).
(The output of the AXFA11 changes.)
