1. Press the DISP SEL key and choose the flashing SETUP mode on the display. Then, press the
EXECUTE/YES key.
The SETUP display will stop flashing.
2. With the JOG dial, choose "Delete PGM?". The "?" display will start flashing.
3. Press the EXECUTE/YES key.
The display will start flashing "SURE?" which indicates it is ready to delete.

4. Press the EXECUTE/YES key once again to proceed.
The D-160 will show "Deleting!" while proceeding and "COMPLTETED!" after deleting the currently
displayed program. The display will then go back to the normal time base display on the program
before the one you deleted.
2-6. Metronome Setting ("Click
? "
)
The D-160 is able to generate the metronome click tone according to the tempo map
figured out by the time signature and tempo setting.
You can record a track at the same time as listening to the metronome click tone.
If you set this mode to ON, track 16 will generate the metronome click tone in either play
or record mode.
<Notes>
*If you set this mode to ON, the D-160 cannot playback the recorded sound from track 16, as
track 16 will be the click track exclusively. In conjunction with this, do not record track 16
with this mode on. If track 16 is in record mode, the click will not be generated.
*The D-160 will still run the time counter in PLAY mode even after the ABS END. Thus, it will
continue generating the metronome click tone even if you have not recorded anything, provided
a tempo map has been set up.
* Initial setting : Off
* Available setting : Off, On
* The setting is applicable song by song.
* The setting can be saved or loaded as a part of song data
* The setting is memorized even when the power is off.

Make sure to choose the right program before setting up this mode.

3. Press the EXECUTE/YES key.
The display will start flashing either "Off" or "On" of current setting.
In the case of initial setting it will show "Off".
