1) SIN wave signal output scale
< When using MDS-D/DH-V2 >
For the FB signal of the linear scale, the SIN wave signal is converted to Mitsubishi serial signal
with the detector conversion unit (MDS-B-HR-11), and that signal is divided to each axis control
inside 2-axis drive unit.
<When using two units of MDS-D/DH-V1>
For the FB signal of the linear scale, the SIN wave signal is converted to Mitsubishi serial signal
with the detector conversion unit (MDS-B-HR-12), and that signal is divided to each drive unit.
