LAN connection — connect the 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet
Port of the DGy 201x to a local area network (LAN). A standard
Ethernet cable is used for this connection method.
When the physical connections have been made, launch an internet
web browser and connect to the DGy 201x by entering its IP address
into the URL address line.
S Example: If the DGy 201x IP address is 192.168.1.200, the
browser entry would be as illustrated below.

If the network connection is working properly and the correct IP address
has been entered, the DGy 201x responds by displaying the
Applications Suite page shown in
Figure 2-4.
Note The DGy 201x is configured at the factory with the
default IP address 192.168.1.200. Before connecting
the DGy 201x to a network, verify that this is a valid IP
address on the network. Contact the network
manager for assistance. The IP address can be
changed using the
IPADDRess command from either
the serial port or from a Telnet session (for more
details please see
page 116).
