Purging option
The purging medium (e.g. to minimize CO
2
interference or for enhanced safety when
measuring corrosive or poisonous gases)
must be dry, clean and free of corrosives
or components containing solvents.
To minimize cross interferences the purge
gas also has to be free of components to
be measured.
Its temperature must correspond to the
ambient temperature of the analyzer, but
be at least within the range 20 ... 35 °C
(68 ... 95 °F).
