1 Under Data Backup/Restore, click Backup Now.
2 Select all data sets:
• Avaya Call Processing (ACP) Translations
• Save ACP translations prior (do not save ACP translations if this is an LSP).
• Server and System Files
• Security Files
3 If the AUDIX options are available, select AUDIX and select AUDIX Translations, Names, and
Messages
4 Select the FTP for the backup method and fill in the appropriate fields with information provided
by the customer.
