Notes
• After executing the cut insertion, as the recorder file is replaced by the
editing result file, the monitor screen goes temporarily blank.
• When you select only specific channels to insert the cut in step 10 above,
then as shown in the following figure, the lengths of all channels are made to
match by appropriate insertion of BLACK/MUTING material.

For details of the holding period for the player and recorder IN point and OUT
point, see Section 3-2-12, “IN Point and OUT Point Holding Periods” (page 3-54).
• Editing can be performed without specifying an OUT point with the MARK
OUT key on the MAVE-F555. Press the EXECUTE/REC key and when the
desired OUT point appears press the ALL STOP key on the MAVE-D555.
The stop point is specified as the OUT point.
