Similar to a conventional BVE-series editor, by connecting a MAVE-D555
you can perform editing using dissolvable and wipe effects. You can also add
to or delete the effects after editing execution.
Notes
A BKMA-560/561 must be installed in the MAV-555 in order to perform
edits with effects.
The edit mode must be set for the OVERWRITE mode.
If you attempt to execute effect editing in the INSERT/LIFT/EXTRACT
mode you will not be able to complete the execution and EF Edit on Illegal
Mode will be displayed.
If you want to execute effect editing in the INSERT/LIFT/EXTRACT mode,
after executing one cut enter the trimming mode and perform an add to the
effect.
When a material from the VTR is edited, effect editing cannot be done. In
order to perform effect editing with a cut captured from a VTR, after
performing the cut from the VTR enter the trimming mode and perfrom an
add to the effect.
