2 OVERWRITE/LIFT mode
Trimming in this mode does not change the total duration of the file.
When you start trimming with the OVERWRITE mode or LIFT mode
selected, the [
] and [ ] keys both light and the system is in the
OVERWRITE or LIFT mode.
The example below shows trimming the OUT point in the OVERWRITE
or LIFT mode.

Moving the OUT point after its original position with trimming
The edited interval is overwritten with trimming and the total duration
does not change (the same as normal editing in the OVERWRITE
mode).

Moving the OUT point before its original position with trimming
The edited interval is deleted and the total duration does not change
because BLACK or MUTING data is inserted into the vacated interval
(the same as normal editing in the LIFT mode).
