(5) CH Digital value (RWw2 to RWw5)
On this area, the digital value for D/A conversion is written, in signed 16-bit binary, from the CPU module.
*1 The setting range and the actual range of when the scaling function is enabled depend on the settings in the scaling
upper limit value and the scaling lower limit value.
(a) When a value out of the setting range is written
D/A conversion is performed with the upper and lower limit value of the setting range. Simultaneously, the
following status notifies that the setting is out of the range.
The check code is stored in CH Set value check code (RWr2 to RWr5).

The error code (060) for an out-of-range digital value is stored in Latest warning code (RWr1).
Warning flag (RX7) turns on.
The ALM LED flashes.
