6.5 Wiring of Ethernet Cable
(1) Connecting the Ethernet cable
(a) Connecting
1. Power off the power supplies of the D/A converter
module and the external device.
2. Push the Ethernet cable connector into the D/A
converter module until it clicks. Pay attention to the
connector's direction.
3. Power on the module.
4. Power on the external device.
5. Check if the LINK LED on the port into which the
Ethernet cable is connected is on. The LINK LED
may take a few seconds to turn on after power-on. If
the LINK LED does not turn on, refer to the
troubleshooting section and take a corrective
action. ( Page 145, Section 11.4)
