Using Spectrum Analyzer Features
Saving and Recalling Data from the Memory Card
To
Save
a
Trace
Saving trace data saves the trace data and the state data.
1.
Press
(jj]
or
CCONFIGI),
and then Change Prefix to enter a new
preEx or change the existing
preEx.
If you do not specify a
preEx,
the trace will be saved with a Ele name
consisting of s-(register number).
2.
Enter a screen title, if desired, by using
@iFiF]
then Change Title
3. Set up the trace to be stored.
4.
Press (SAVE). If INTERNAL is underlined, press INTERNAL CARD to select
CARD. Press Trace

to access the menu that displays TRACE A ,
TRACE
B
, and TRACE C .
5.
Press the softkey label of the trace that you want to save: TRACE A ,
TRACE 3 , or TRACE C . REGISTER

and PREFIX= are displayed on the
cable TV analyzer display.
6. Use the numeric keypad to enter a register number and then press
(ENTER).
The trace data is saved with a file name consisting of a “t,
))
the current
preEx,
an underscore (-), and the register number. The “t” denotes that
the
file
contains trace data.
