This device turns ON when the high-speed counter's multi-point output high-speed comparison tables have finished
comparing all of the set tables.

• Match output driven by the HIOEN instruction

• Match output stopped by the HIOEN instruction and DHSCS, DHSCR,
DHSZ instructions all OFF
• Power ON, reset, STOP, PAUSE
