(3) Setting the speed limit function
The following table lists the data to be set, setting condition, and check timing.
Set " Speed limit value" in a unit of 10 pulses. If a single digit is set, the value is rounded off.
For instance, if "1999" is set, the operation is executed with a speed limit value of "1990".

Note that the set data at
the rise (ON) of a start

operation. If the data is
written when BUSY
signal (X14) is on, the
