When "–1" is set for " Da.7 Command speed": The command speed of the
previous positioning data is stored.
When a value other than "–1" is set for " Da.7 Command speed": The
command speed of the positioning data currently being executed is stored.
When the speed change function is executed : "New speed value (RWwm+4 to
5, RWwm+12 to 13)" is stored. (For details of the speed change function, refer
to Section 12.5.1.)
