(In the non-operation mode (when the BUSY signal [RXn4, RXn5] is OFF), the
interrupt request during continuous operation is not accepted.)
Cleared to 0 at a start or at a restart.
If the interrupt request is received after setting "1", "0" will be automatically stored
by the OS.
