14 TROUBLESHOOTING
Warning storage
(1) When an axis warning occurs, the warning code corresponding to the warning
details is stored in the "Axis warning No. (RWrn+6, RWrn+14)" for axis
warning No. storage.

(2) When an axis warning occurs in a positioning operation, etc., "Axis warning
detection (RX(n+2)1, RX(n+5)1)" turns ON.

(3) Resetting errors and warnings
When "Axis error reset (RY(n+2)4, RY(n+4)4)" is turned ON, the following
processing is executed and the error warning status is then canceled.
"Axis error detection signal (RXnA, RXnB)" turned OFF
"Axis error No. (RWrn+5, RWrn+13)" cleared
"Axis warning detection signal (RX(n+2)1, RX(n+5)1)" turned OFF
"Axis warning No. (RWrn+6, RWrn+14)" cleared
Changing of the operation status from "error occurring" to "standing by".
Changing of the operation status from "step error occurring" to "standing by".
(4) Invalid operations
For the following operations, the setting details will be invalidated, and an error or
warning will not occur.
Speed change during machine zero point return
Speed change before operation (Speed override change, skip command,
continuous operation interruption request)
Axis stop during axis stop
Axis sudden stop during axis stop
Axis stop before axis operation
Axis sudden stop before axis operation
(5) Checking the Error or Warning Number
Use the following methods to check the error or warning number.
(1) “17-segment LED display function” on the front panel of main body of D75P2
(Refer to section 13.4.)
(2) “Monitor function” of AD75 software package
