7 MEMORY CONFIGURATION AND DATA PROCESS
(1) Transmitting data when power is turned ON or D75P2 is reset
( )
When the power is turned ON or the D75P2 is reset, the "parameters",
"positioning data" and "positioning start information" stored (backed up) in the
flash ROM is transmitted to the buffer memory and OS memory.
(The "positioning data (No. 101 to 600)" and "positioning start information (No.
7001 to 7010)" data is not transmitted to the buffer memory.)
(2) Transmitting data when remote station READY signal [RX(n+7)B]
changes from OFF to ON (
)
When the remote station READY signal [RX(n+7)B] changes from OFF to ON,
the data stored in the buffer memory's "parameter area (a) *1" is transmitted to
the OS memory.
*
1
Parameter area (a) ........... Parameters transmitted to OS memory when
remote station READY signal [RX(n+7)B] changes
from OFF to ON (
Pr.1 to Pr.6 , Pr.10 to
Pr.25 ,
Pr.45
to
Pr.58 )
(3) Data write to D75P2 ( )
(a) Write to D75P2 buffer memory
The parameters or data is written from the PLC CPU to the buffer memory
using the RIWT command*2 (transient transmission). At this time, when the
"parameter area (b) *3", "positioning data (No. 1 to 100)" and "positioning
start information (No. 7000)" is written into the buffer memory with the TO
command, it is simultaneously transmitted to the OS memory.
*
2
RIWT/RIRD commands .... For the PLC CPU that can use the RIWT/RIRD
commands, refer to the programming manual of
the used PLC CPU.
*
3
Parameter area (b) ........... Parameters transmitted to the OS memory
simultaneously with the writing to the buffer
memory with the RIWT command*2 (transient
transmission). (
Pr.7 to Pr.9 , Pr.26 to
Pr.44 )
(b) Write to D75P2 remote register
Using the TO command (automatic refresh*4), write data from the PLC
CPU to the remote register.
*
4
Automatic refresh .............. Set in the automatic refresh parameter of the
QCPU (Q mode) or QnACPU.
POINT
The setting values of the parameters that correspond to parameter area (b) are
valid when written into the buffer memory with the RIWT command*2 (transient
transmission). However, the setting values of the parameters that correspond to
parameter area (a) are not validated until the remote station READY signal
[RX(n+7)B] changes from OFF to ON.
